CGK Africa collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including the private sector, to secure diverse internship opportunities within the nation. While we are unable to provide financial compensation to interns, we have partnered with organizations willing to cover the expenses for interns brought in by CGK Africa.

As advocates for youth empowerment and change, we actively encourage individuals to apply for job opportunities sourced through CGK Africa. Collaborating with various sectors within the private sector and Tanzanian associations, CGK Africa utilizes the expertise of its team and broader CGK Africa Family to offer support and guidance.
Enhancement of Foreign Direct Investment
As project manager for sustainable projects in partnership with AFRICAPITAL Holdings, CGK Africa facilitates the flow of investment into the country. Through close collaboration with organizations like TIC, TPSF, Vertex Capital, and others, CGK Africa plays a vital role in enhancing foreign direct investment opportunities and contributing to the country's development.
Engagements
Workshops
CGK Africa organizes a series of workshops aligned with the Now Action Talks, scheduled within the same day or week to ensure timely execution of discussed actions. These workshops serve as a platform for tracking and delivering on commitments made during the Now Action Talks, assigning specific actions and responsibilities to each CGK Africa member. Due to resource constraints, workshops occur once a month.
Now Action Events
Hosted every second Friday of the month, CGK Africa's Now Action Talks prioritize practical learning over theoretical discussions. Participants are held accountable for their choices and actions, fostering a culture of responsibility. Each event focuses on themes such as career development, financial literacy, and sustainability awareness, culminating in aligned action items assigned to participants. CGK Africa continues to support and monitor the completion of these action items post-event.
